• 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Turn your Instant Pot on sauté mode and add the olive oil.
2. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrot and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper and stir well.
5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual mode for 8 minutes.
6. Once the time is up, let the Instant Pot release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
7. Add the frozen peas and stir well. Let the peas cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
